Samantha (also known as "Samantha (extra)") was a character on MovieStarPlanet from 2009 to 2015. In March 2015, she and her account were replaced by Pixi Star.
She was the female equivalent of Sam.
About[]
Samantha was an extra who could be added to movies from 2009 to 2015 and was also the host of the casting game from 2011 to 2015. If a user had added Samantha to a movie in the past, you would now see her username denoted as "Pixi Star" instead of "Samantha", though she would be wearing the same outfit.
Previously, if you looked in Pixi Star's closet, you could find all of Samantha's clothes. These were later removed, and now only Pixi Star's outfit appears in her closet.
Samantha's account was repurposed in 2015 to become the Pixi Star account. This is supported by the username change and the presence of Samantha's clothes in Pixi's closet, as well as the fact that Pixi Star's account shares the same ActorID as Samantha.

- She was the host of the casting game but was replaced by Pixi Star. (May 2011 - March 2015)
- She was a default "extra" character available for use by all users in movies. (2009 - March 2015)
- She was brought back in September 2022 on MovieStarPlanet as the Rare Week host.
- She later returned again as the host for the Black Friday sale in November 2022.
Trivia[]
- Prior to the Pixi Star/Zac Sky update, Samantha's account appeared to be "locked out" or deleted.
- She returned as a host for MovieStarPlanet 2.
- Samantha now has dimples in her MovieStarPlanet 2 design.
- Samantha was replaced with Pixi Star in 2015 after Samantha's clothes were being changed by players who were exploiting a weakness in the game's system (on select servers). However, this was not necessarily the reason for the replacement.
