POUPINIE is a regular user on MovieStarPlanet (FR). She is level 101 (Lifetime Movie Star) and is the highest leveled player on the FR server and throughout all the servers.

POUPINIE was the first user to ever get to levels 94-101. POUPINIE mostly makes short movies that get 10,000+ views. In July, 2015 she was locked out forever but it must have been a glitch because she has recently been on her account since. Currently, she will leave MSP, but will return to help her friends.
