Friends are a way to keep track of who you know, and who you've talked to.
What are Friends?
Friends are other moviestars that you meet in chatrooms, games, other player's rooms, etc, and you send them a friend request and they accept. You can put your friends in movies, artbooks, share things with them, send greets to them, and invite them to a chatroom. In "friends", you can see how many friends you have, how many are online, how many VIP friends you have, and how many friends you can have. In the friends section you can see your friends, send requests, and search for other players.
How do I add friends?
Computer
On the computer, if you go into a chatroom, you have to click the user's username. Then, send them a request. There will be an X next to the friend symbol on their mini-profile until they accept.
App
Click the user you want to add, then click the turquoise person with a "+" sign next to it. Then, there will be a popup that says "are you sure you want to send a friend request to (user's name)?" Click "yes," then the request will be submitted to them.
Types of Friends
Regular Friends
It is impossible to know who another user's friends are, for it will not show on their profile.
Best Friends
You can have up to 3 best friends (4 if you use a 4thie.). They will have a star next to their picture on their profile.
Boyfriend/Girlfriend/4thie
You can only have 1 boyfriend/girlfriend/4thie. They will have a heart next to their picture on your profile.
Trivia
- There is a highscores section for everything under "Me and my friends"
- The friend limit goes up every time you level, usually by 10.
